Terms & Conditions for Property Maintenance Subscriptions

 

Welcome to Kendal Ltd’s property maintenance subscription service. By subscribing to our plans, you agree to the following terms:

Service Scope: Our plans include scheduled maintenance visits, garden care, minor repairs, and emergency support as described per plan. Extra services may incur additional charges.

Payments: Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Payment methods include direct debit, card payment, or invoicing. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

Cancellation: Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with 30 days’ notice via email or phone. No refunds will be provided for fees already paid.

Access & Cooperation: Customers must provide reasonable property access and inform Kendal Ltd of any relevant property issues.

Liability: Kendal Ltd is insured but not liable for damages caused by events outside our control.

Privacy: Customer data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update these terms with prior notice to subscribers.
