Scope of Services
Kendal Ltd provides refurbishment, renovation, carpentry, landscaping and property improvement services for residential and commercial clients. The scope of work for each project will be agreed in writing prior to commencement.
Quotations & Payments
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Payment terms will be outlined within individual quotations or invoices. Late payments may result in delays to ongoing or future work.
Project Changes
Any additional work or variations requested after a quotation has been approved may incur additional charges and may affect project timelines.
Access to Property
Clients are responsible for providing reasonable access to the property and ensuring the working area is safe and accessible during the agreed project period.
Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
While Kendal Ltd aims to complete all works within agreed timeframes, delays caused by weather, supplier shortages, third parties or unforeseen site conditions may impact schedules.
Liability & Insurance
Kendal Ltd maintains appropriate business insurance. Liability is limited to the value of the agreed works and excludes circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
Customer Responsibilities
Clients must ensure that all relevant permissions, approvals or consents required for works are obtained unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Privacy
Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will never be shared with third parties without consent unless required by law.
Changes to Terms
Kendal Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this website..
